As a recovery coach and an executive life coach, Beth Siegert facilitates change and action in her clients. This is necessary to help someone break free from drugs, alcohol, or other self-harming behaviors. Beth provides guidance and support that helps someone through everyday challenges. This may involve dealing with returning to work, maintaining their career by establishing healthier routines and integrating new skills and/or reconciliation with their intimate relationships. Part of her role is to facilitate positive change through goal setting, actionable steps, support, moderation and tools for a healthier mind and body.
